Introducing the Den Design Hub, the first collaborative workspace solution specifically created for interior designers.
Located in the historic New Victoria Mills, Bury, at the home of acclaimed furniture makers and interior designers Den Living, the Den Design Hub offers an energising environment that fosters collaboration in a shared and supportive space.
Featuring large bay windows and exposed brick work and beams, the 5 storey former cotton mill retains much of its original charm, providing the perfect setting for meetings without a corporate feel, plus plenty of space to think, work, meet, greet and present.
The Den Design Hub aims to support interior designers to progress in the industry by providing flexible, affordable workspace facilitated by exclusive access to a wealth of industry tailored services, contacts and experience.
So if you’re an interior designer looking to underpin your brand with quality working space, presentation facilities, showcase areas, access to materials, manufacturing and delivery, all in one location, then the Den Design Hub could be for you.
Nestled in the centre of Bury, New Victoria Mills is an age-old relic of industrial eras gone by. The extensive 5 storey building stands tall above the town, giving a historic nod to its manufacturing heritage. Once used as a powerhouse for the production of textiles, this iconic mill is now a hotbed of creativity housing Den Living, a powerhouse itself within the interior design world.
The Den Design Hub is comprised of two large, open plan shared workspaces, ‘The Den’ and ‘The Hub’. Featuring large work units, private booths for client meetings and an extensive selection of the latest fabric books and samples, the Hub is a 2000 sq ft thoughtfully-designed shared workspace, well-equipped to produce client proposals, colour laser print and digitally present in a design-centric and dynamic environment. The Den is an inspiring product showroom, offering further communal work space and a creatively stimulating setting to showcase design ideas, and meet, greet, and network with a community of like-minded entrepreneurs.
Design Hub members also have access to an on-site, bespoke furniture making service to create pieces to their own specification. As these pieces are produced on-site within the 8,000 sq ft manufacturing floor, designers have the unique opportunity of being able to oversee furniture production whilst enjoying watching their designs come to life.
Blind and curtain making services are also on offer and as designers will have access to Den Living’s exclusive trade furniture and fabric accounts, the creative possibilities for both designer and client are endless. The Design Hub also benefits from a communal kitchen, showers and toilets.
